Stacy Hess has spent most of her 25+ year career in sales and marketing with technology companies of all sizes. From start-ups to Microsoft, she has a proven track record of success as both an individual contributor and as a sales leader. In her leadership roles, she successfully focused on building and leading high impact teams, growing the business and transforming culture throughout the organization. Most recently, Stacy spent eight years at Microsoft and two years at Avanade/Accenture leading sales, pre-sales, solutioning and delivery teams. Prior to Microsoft, she worked for a data analytics start-up in the Bay Area and, for a few years, was a publicist in Hollywood focused on cause-based independent film PR and crisis media management. Currently, she supports organizations with sales, marketing and culture advisory work from her home in Cleveland, Ohio, which she shares with her partner Gabriel, their five rescue cats and two rescue dogs. In her spare time, you can find her doing Yoga or Pilates; in the kitchen cooking or mixing up a creative cocktail or at the theater enjoying the Cleveland Orchestra or Cleveland's vibrant Playhouse Square productions.
