Marvin A. Riley served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enpro Industries (NYSE: NPO) until August 2021. During his leadership, Mr. Riley developed the strategy to transform Enpro from a traditional industrial company to a material science based industrial technology company, accelerating revenue growth, expanding margins, and executing $1.1B in M&A. Marvin’s approach is built on capability building and creating a highly self-aware culture that places equal emphasis on human development as it does financial performance. He has been an avid user of Reflection Point at all levels of the organization and its divisions. Prior to being CEO, Mr. Riley served as Enpro’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, president of its Fairbanks Morse division, and vice president of global operations for its GGB Bearing Technology division. Prior to joining EnPro Industries, Marvin was an executive with General Motors Corporation (NYSE:GM). Marvin is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School (AMP) and the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business (MBA). He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Howard University. Marvin serves on the Board of Directors for the semiconductor company Wolfspeed (NYSE: WOLF).
